You shouldn't "delete this one" and open another one.
Better open a Help Desk ticket and ask them to change the e-mail address.
Please expect waiting days or a couple of weeks.

First you will need to pay your fees. Then you can revert back to a buyer only
account, after that you can delete your account.
Reverting back to a buyer only account can only be done when all orders are purged
from the system (that takes 180 days). All orders in the NSS, NRS, NPB states
will not be purged until they are fixed.
