Would Bricklink ever consider separating the Trans light blue tiles for 1x1 and
1x2 from between UV reactive and non-UV reactive? Sellers could always state
they don't know if they don't use Blacklight Flashlights in there stores.
The NEW Trans light blue tiles glow under UV light where as the older trans light
blue tiles do NOT! Being a primarily Translucent builder (Hopecastle.org), and
always having a Blacklight flashlight available(Harbor Freight) when I build,
it would be good to know which is which when needing to buy more parts here at
Bricklink.

I am sorry, but this will not happen. It is too much to ask all sellers to own
UV lights and shine all of their parts under them for sorting purposes.
I suspect that the effect you are seeing is due to the different properties of
the materials used to make the parts. Older parts were made with polycarbonate
(PC), and newer parts are made with methylmethacrylate acrylonitrile butadiene
styrene (MABS) [otherwise known as "clear ABS"].
If you want a certain material for your tiles so they all have the same properties,
you will have to find sellers that are willing to do the work for you by asking
ahead of time on your purchases.
