Hi all,

I've had tons of messages now that buyers can't choose a shipping method
that ships to their country. I have however 5-6 different shipping options, from
domestic to anywhere around the world. Why do several buyers keep getting these
messages?

It's different sets and all have the normal dimensions. I even have 25% extra
weight and dimensions on my shipping methods.

2. and BL needs to collect some taxes from the buyer (US, AU, NO, UK, NZ).

What happens is this:
— BL has to collect taxes,
— taxes can only be added and collected if the payment is “onsite,”
— so only the shipping methods with “onsite” payment are proposed to the buyer.

Solution: add PayPal Onsite or Stripe for those buyers (USA, Australia, Norway,
UK, New Zealand).

Thanks for the reply. That setting is already on. This problem is occurring randomly.
I have had over 120 orders worldwide and since a few weeks thus problem keeps
occurring. I haven’t changed anything in my settings

No warnings for me. One Titanic had S&H automatically calculated. 4 of your
largest sets still allowed me to select DHL but I had to requeset a quote.

Very very interesting… It seems like youre one of the very few that has no problem!
Ive had the problem occur with lots of mindstorm powerfunctions and the cars
sets. Wonder what happens there.. so still unanswered problem!

had weights and dims in and they do, so I could select my shipping option just
fine.

Are these buyers in a country that The Neatherlands has any kind of embargo in
place?

Not that I know off. It happened to people in Denmark, the USA, the Netherlands
even (??) so very strange situation...
