It tells you to clear up all orders and have no fees. It does not give you the
opportunity to revert back to being a buyer only. John
As long as there are orders that have not been marked complete or in NSS/NSS/NPB
status you will not be able to revert back to a buyer only account.
If you have any outstanding fees for past orders that have not been payed yet
because the threshold was not reached you cannot revert to a buyer only account.

But... that doesn't sound rebellious at all.
It's even "conform" (sorry, didn't mean to insult you) and truthful

Hahaha, its to confuse people
The main reason where the name comes form is that my most favourite mythical
animal is a Dragon, which are rebellious by nature
But i'm pretty much a stickler for the rules both online & offline since
i'm only a permanent resident here in Canada (need to wait a few more years
before i can takes the citizenship exam) and I don't want to be deported
to my birth country because I dont like that place.

You had me confused for a moment as I was racking my memory trying to figure
out which animal was called “rebellious”

Apparently all that having an unopened, 0 inventory store gets you is a big,
ugly "Selling Privileges - Revoked" badge next to your name! So much
for trying to make things a little easier for my future, possible seller self.

Not agreeing to changes in BL terms is what gets you the suspension. Having an
unopened store, with or without inventory, is fine.
