Hello, all. I have inernational shipping set up for Canada and Mexico (I'm
in the US) for my store. A buyer from Canada messaged me last night saying I
had no payment options available for international buyers. I went through my
settings just now, and as far as I can tell, everything is set up correctly.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem before, and if you know
of something like a setting I need to activate or another solution I'm missing
that might not be so obvious. Thanks!

That’s not how it looks from here, though. It looks to me like I have domestic
and international activated.

That’s not how it looks from here, though. It looks to me like I have domestic
and international activated.

That's shipping - you don't have a payment method set up for international
buyers. Go to store settings, payments tab:

Interesting, my shipments to Mexico are arriving fine, perhaps a Canada post
issue?

I can confirm you do not have a payment method for international buyers.

On the payment tab in your store setting make sure to have international payments
