I've been a casual buyer for a few years.
I had created a closed store without any inventory in the past as a test and
also for maybe making it a real one in the future.
last week I had some free time so I added a little inventory. the store has always
stayed closed. then beginning of the week I wanted to continue only to find my
store suspended and seller privileges revoked. reason stated: NULL
I've opened several tickets but no respons so far. it has been over 5 days.
Is Bricklink-support always this abysmal? also any ideas what might have caused
this?

Have you done the DSA certification in your store settings?
If not, is the suspension because off that.
I am in the same situation. I contacted the helpdesk directly and got a response
after 2 days. Unfortunately, what I was supposed to do didn't work so I'm
waiting for a new response now.

This happened to all sellers who didnt complete the verification process or clicked
the checkbox for the DSA.
All existing sellers got a pop up on every page to mark the check box since November,
the deadline for it was February 16th.
Im guessing all new sellers who did not complete the verification process did
not get that pop up but had to click the check box during or after step 3.
Yes the Bricklink helpdesk is slow, I'm reading on the forum its taking them
2-3 weeks to respond. They are also probably flooded by members who had the same
thing happen as you, all I can say is to be patient and you will eventually get
an answer from them

I don't think the above solution will work for those stores that already
had a lot of inventory. Per BL, if you revert back this is the result: Your
user type will be changed from a seller to a buyer, your selling privileges to
a former seller status and all your store information will be deleted.
It appears the proposed solution works, but only if you are willing to start
your inventory over from scratch. I had thousands of dollars in mine...Yes I
should have backed it up, but I didn't...so I will wait to see if BL fixes
it.
Thanks for your replies.
it seems indeed it must have to do with the DSA. I hadn't been active for
several months.
however step 3 of seller verification proces is locked so I cannot self certify...
it seems I'll just have to wait for helpdesk to contact me or unlock this
part...

try using the workaround some else posted very recently (the link to the forum

I actually got a response from the helpdesk after 2 days but the way they suggested
to solve the problem doesn't work.

I think there is some sort of glitch for stores that weren't open, (closed
by the seller for whatever reason) at the time of the deadline, because there
are a few others on the forum that had their stores closed, never received any
popup messages or any other info about the DSA deadline and have now lost access
to their inventory, My Bricklink tab, and cannot access the "My Orders Received"
fix. .Hopefully BL has a solution.

Did you log in at all during the period when the DSA popups started? I closed
my store before they happened but I still got a popup that I accepted when I
logged in before the deadline for accepting it.
I guess the priority is low for accounts where both the store was closed and
the user was inactive over multiple months.

This probably won't work but just a thought...
Do you still get the popup?
Is it possible to get the URL to this? If so, maybe you can log in and try going
to this URL and see if you can accept DSA.

The Popup doesn't open in a new page, so there is no URL to share, sorry!

Yes, I use BL nearly everyday but I never saw a popup. With that said, I only
went into my store a couple of times to see my inventory, but still never received
a popup at all.
Now this morning I see that my access to 'My Bricklink' has been restored
but now my store is completely gone. So that is a new problem, I'm sure
my inventory is completely gone now.

You are a buyer only now. Did you request the switch from seller to buyer only?

A few minutes ago I received an email from helpdesk that they are reactivating
my account so I can complete the new seller verification proces.
My entire store inventory is still ther. 🙏🏽
Step 2 now shows that it is complete and step 3 which was grayed out is now enabled
so I can complete the process.
