I recently processed about $8,000 worth of Minifigures and added them to my store.
In the process, I came across many characters that I had never seen before. My
favorite was probably [M=njo067] if just for his funny name (Galidor - Skalidor).

A very solid upload! Must have been 15(ish) lbs of figures!

That’s a good one, I got one and love it. Did you know that if you have 6 of
the pizza part in a circle they make a full pizza? The toppings all line up

I believe I’ve set several side by side but I don’t think I’ve had 6 side by
side yet but that sounds pretty cool!

Such a unique figure, from the mismatched colors on the arms and legs, to the
cape, to the tiny feathers that everyone always lost!

Ooh... so many good ones! Probably one of these:
[M=njo062] ('cuz of an old joke that was made when I became a seller)
[M=njo837] (Ask me to tell the story behind this one, it's weird)
[M=njo837] (Ask me to tell the story behind this one, it's weird)
Back before Detective Zane was a reality (for reference, Detective Zane was first
featured in the TV series season 12 (I think) and this would have been long before
at around season 6) My brother and I had been making LEGO stop motion videos
focused around Ninjago. I had come up with an alternate identity for Zane that
I called sleuth Zane. A sleuth is another term for a detective. I put the head
of my Zane figure on the body and legs of what I considered to look like a detective,
applied a hat, and put him to solving trivial mysteries. I had come up with this
all on my own without even having seen the TV show. approximately 3 years later,
I was shocked to find my character was being used in the actual series. The videos
I had made were never posted anywhere and the character had never been shared.
I had had the exact same idea as someone at LEGO but three years earlier.
Later on when the figure was made, I made some decent cash buying them off of
PaB and selling them on Bricklink. In fact, I had such high expectations for
them that I bought 30 of them... I sold about 10. All this to say that if you
ever want a Minifigure of the character LEGO stole from me, let me know 'cause
I've got 20 of 'em.

It was actually the very first episode I ever watched, but by then I already
knew about it.
As your first ep. was it as you expected?
Pretty much. I wasn't all that impressed. I'd seen other LEGO shows before
and it seemed to be quite similar. On the other hand, I find Monkie Kid quite
impressive animation-wise and there are even a couple decent jokes!

If that's what you think then you haven't seen the OG series
The first ten OG seasons are phenomenal!
Especially seasons 8 and 9, they are fantastic!

I really enjoyed the animation in the movie especially Sensei Wu's fight
with Garmadon. Other than that though it definitely wasn't the best. Maybe
I'll look into watching some of the OG series, probably not though I just
started watching the Mission Impossible series a week ago and plan on watching
the second one tomorrow.

Yah, the movie has the series when it comes to the fights, and Garmadon is done
really well(they used all his arms) while the series seems to have trouble with
the arms, half the time they look like dead weight

That is probably the best part of season ten and onwards, we get to see Garmadon
actually moving properly, without the absolute cringe factor in the movie...I
still, like 10 years later, think about the Ninjago movie and have the urge to
vomit.

it.

You don't know the series, the movie is a shame to it's name.
They completely portray EVERYTHING wrong.
Lloyd may technically be the main character but they completely got rid of the
whole team thing, just focusing on Lloyd when in the series they all get focus
and a chance to shine.
Garmadon is also wrong, his attitude towards Lloyd is not what he is like in
the series.
In the series he actually loves his son but he can't be his father because
the "snake" corrupted him making him evil even though he wants to be
good. (Except after season 8 then he's just heartless)
Also they tried to give the other ninjas personalities completely different from
normal.
Cole is strong but loving, in the movie he seems like a hippy.
Zane was a nindroid built to protect with emotions, in the movie he might as
well just be a computer.
Kai is the hot head, in the movie he's just there.
Jay is the jokester and likes Nya, in the movie he's the fool who doesn't
know whats going on.
Those are just the main four, and that's their personalities condensed.
You should see the series the movie sits way below in story
Also, I meant to ask, do you have a favorite character? Just curious.
Yep, but it depends.
Lloyd in seasons 8-9
Kai in seasons 1 to 7.
But Zane is really close to taking 1st place for me, maybe when I rewatch it
I might change my mind
