I received an email to say that my store has been suspended and seller privileges
revoked due to non compliance with EU rules.
The email says that I was contacted several times in 2024 to advise me of this
but the only messages I've received were wanted list notifications and about
studio, etc.
I'm not in the EU and I don't offer shipping outside of the UK, so why
do I have to comply?

Did you not get an annoying pop-up warning every time you logged on or tried
to do anything?
To be fair, I've only been on here a few times recently, but I've only
seen banners about site maintenance. Either way, it doesn't really count
as, "we wrote to you several times".

I didn't get the email either and the last newsletter I received was May.
I used to get them, I haven't changed anything and the Newsletter box is
still checked in my contact settings.
The only reason I knew what this was all about was that I check the forum sometimes.

Could it be because I had a temporary Pop-Up MOC store after the first BDP programme?

It is. I've been closed for a couple of months and there was more than 770
open Australian stores when I opened a few days ago and it's down to 699
now.

It is because all marketplaces need to ensure that their sellers comply if the
marketplace wants to operate in the EU. If you don't ship to the EU, then
you will be complying whether you know it or care about it. But you still have
to inform BL that you comply as they have to check that you comply.
My store was still not activated. I was still working on getting everything
submitted. How do I start that now? I do not have an orders page to go to in
order to click on anything.

I have the exact same problem. I recommend that in addition to writing to support,
you also write on their Facebook page to speed up the process. The more the better.
