I have not even begun selling and my store was suspended. Right now I use the
inventory function with the app Brickstore. Not sure why I got suspended. If
an admin can help me understand and get my inventory function back that would
be really great and helpful.

it is bizarre that there is no reason stated when viewing your store, perhaps
you had something bad in your terms? (if) you had terms could you share them
here and we can take a look incase that could be related

That could be the solution yes, thanks Cory!

But 17th?
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2655

Unclear:
- "by February 16, 2025" (so, 16th maximum)
- "after February 17, 2025" (so, starting 18th)

As it's repeated multiple times in the text, it seems "by February 16,
2025" is the one, so yes, 17th would be already too late.

Yes, it's complicated; because if you need to search in Help you've to
open Help page then locally search.

While one could open main Search and Help, but it's not available:

Quote: Per DAC7, some EU sellers are required to submit additional documents
to maintain their online stores.

SOME. Not ALL.

I have sold 2 items in the last year, and fall way below the limits (30 sales
or 2000 euro), so I never certified. And now I can't certify because I can't
add inventory.

One more thing: "We wrote to you several times in 2024 asking you to take
action".
No you didn't. I have received ZERO mails about this. A banner on top of
the order pages is NOT 'writing to me'. I haven't opened my store
for months because I had nothing to sell at that time, so I never saw this banner.

I just discovered the same thing just now.

I haven't opened my store and started selling yet and am still putting in
the last of my inventory before it's time to open.

What should I do now?

You had a few months to agree, it's done.

I guess the only way now is to contact Help Desk and ask them to revise your
(absence of?) choice.

Yes, it seems likely that it's because of that, but at the same time it's
a bit strange since I haven't started the new seller verification yet.

That's the same for me. I had started adding inventory but had not done the
paperwork as they just state that the store will be closed until that was done.
I could still see the inventory and add or modify that. Now that its been suspended
all of the inventory is gone. That check box is after the paperwork to OPEN the
store is done.

This is my confusion. I was not ready to open the store and start selling so
I did not do the paperwork and never saw the option to accept that.

I have the exact same problem. I recommend that in addition to writing to support,
you also write on their Facebook page to speed up the process. The more the better.

It looks like it was because of the DSA since I am in the US and not DAC7. The
issue is that I was never able to do that since I had not done the paperwork
section yet to officially open so I never had the chance to self certify as it
never showed up.

Now I can't even go through the new seller process again as this wiped out
my inventory and step 2 before the paperwork and DSA is adding inventory which
it will not let me. It comes back with a "Seller Privileges Revoked"
when I try in the new seller process.

Does anyone know if I revert to buyer and then try the seller process again will
it fix this issue? I know customer support is very backed up and could take weeks
to months to reply. With this happening it will probably take even longer now.

We are in the same boat right now.
According to the instructions in the email that was sent out, you should go to
the orders received page and from there do the DSA certification but the whole
step 3 is grayed out.

Please write here if you find any solution to the problem and I will do the same.
I have written to the Help Desk but as you write it will probably take time before
you get a response.

Now I got a response from the helpdesk but unfortunately I'm still stuck.

The response was that I should go to the orders received page or continue the
new seller verification but it still stops there.

I'm having exactly the same issue.

I was never notified, my store has also been closed for a few years, but I plan
on reopening. . I also received an email, after the fact stating BL had written
several times; they had not. I also cannot access "My Bricklink" and
when I go to the "Orders Received Page' nothing happens. From reading
other comments in Forum, there is supposed to be a pop-up with a check box agreeing
to the compliance.

The Help Desk also contacted me so at least there is that...I'll post an
update if I get it figured out.

on reopening.

UPDATE 22 Feb...Previously I had mentioned that "My Bricklink" tab didn't
function anymore, just sending me to an error page. Well as of this morning
my access to those features has been restored but now all of my store access
is completely gone. Before I could at least see my page and see that it is closed.
But now it's as if I never had a store at all. Thousands of dollars and
hours worth of inventory erased. Hopefully it can be restored.

I have not even begun selling and my store was suspended. Right now I use the
inventory function with the app Brickstore. Not sure why I got suspended. If
an admin can help me understand and get my inventory function back that would
be really great and helpful.

I got that today. The email said that there were several warning emails, there
weren't (probably because my store was closed all year). Also odd as it was
about EU compliance and I didn't ship outside USA/Canada.

I wouldn't really care but I can't get to "My Bricklink" anymore.
Just an error message when I try.

I reply reversed:

See many discussions about this; LEGO - so, BrickLink - have to comply with EU
rules.

Which is why BrickLink asks you to say you comply with those rules, shipping
to wherever, it doesn't matter, as BrickLink HAVE to certify all users comply.

I got that today. The email said that there were several warning emails, there

Agree on this, I can confirm I never received e-mail for another shop I had for
test (completely forgot) with Dan himself, we have had a few e-mails about my
tests back and forth, I've found them

This was in 2010, same e-mail address I kept.
But I never received any DAC7 or DSA warning email, never ever.

Received this e-mail today, pic below.
When I read it I almost had an heart attack, but then I saw the member/shop name.

In short, I can confirm I never received ANY e-mail about this before the shop
being closed today.

Could be due to its 15 years inactivity or have stayed closed (I don't know
its status, never had seen it since 2010, completely forgot the existence).

But in another words, there could be a problem in BrickLink "We wrote
to you several times in 2024" - they did NOT.

I'm sorry for you.

The other point, how to restore - if you've got this e-mail, then the solutions
are written below in the same e-mail, if you received it. If not, tell me.

I did get that same email, yes. I have done what needed to be done, and now it's
just a waiting game.

Tc for the reply, and good to see see you Sylvain!

To be totally frank; in my specific case it could be... more specific.

This test account's been reactivated by me in 2022, then never used - I didn't
remember it had seller priviledges.

Then the account may've been terminated again in between - fair enough.
In this case why in 2025 to receive an e-mail saying the shop's closed?

One thing's sure, BrickLink is complicated, special cases are numerous, so
it's more than possible they fail on some.
