I am looking for suggestions regarding a Lego collection or cataloguing application.
I currently use BaseBrick but worry it may not always be around. Seems that Bricklink
might have one but I don't see where that is referenced on this site. What
system(s) appear most comprehensive with Lego elements, powerful sorting and
displaying tools, and good support and staying power. Thank you for your suggestions.

Click the user icon (left of the cart, or, if your screen is smaller, click the
Ξ icon and then Profile) and then My Collection.

But the feature doesn’t have many features….

Brickset has that feature too… but maybe more oriented toward sets?

Or you can use BrickStore (application, free & open source, open formats).

As said the others - on line, rebrickable. On your PC/Mac and saved locally,
BrickStore.

https://www.bricklink.com/v3/myCollection/main.page

I think this will work for you and there is a link to it on every item page.

As Sylvain said, it isn't really robust yet, but it has everything I need
I think. It launched in a sad state, but they have improved it.

It's advantage is convenience being onsite AND that it gets to use the Bricklink
catalog.
