As long as your browser can save it as a .pdf file, then yes. I always save
all my orders. That lets me look up order info after 6 months.

Other than using the browser print function in the order details page to a PDF
file you can also do it in Brickstore on desktop.

Didn't try it with order files, but with my commercial invoices I can search
for text details on the Windows 11 explorer and it gets me the ones that contain
those characters.
