Basically I’m soon going to be in the position to scale up my store and I’m looking
for some advice, I need a supplier for new parts cheaper than retail (damaged
boxes etc) and also want to see if there’s anyone out there that sorts used bulk.
I’m based in Devon, UK. Feel free to give me a message. Thank you.

For new sets below retail, it’s best to look for ads in the newspaper and such
as it’s near impossible to get wholesale sets from Lego

Most sellers need suppliers of (new) parts cheaper than retail. So don't
expect anyone to share secrets as to where they can get heavy discounts.

Can't really help, not directly. Though, I will say that you've got the
right frame-of-mind for success at this game, which is key:

As to resale inventory or "scaling up store" I'd advise not limiting
those opportunities by region

I think child labor is the best way to go when it comes to sorting parts.

Some say the children yearn for the mines but I think sorting lego is what they
truly wish for!

You’re spoiling them!

The industry standard is a small ration of moldy bread.

To those in this thread: way to make light of, or play-off of “Child Labor Exploitation”
or small-hands slavery, still occurring in many regions of the world today
I do understand the context and brevity therein, I get it. But, let's keep
in mind...

Child forced labor exploitation that is still all too prevalent in far too many
regions of the world today, and should be of paramount concern to all regardless
of regional luxus. Maybe keep the humor away at bay from this, until we've
got it behind us?

-From someone that entered the workforce at the age of 12 with the personal
motivation of wanting more for myself and family. Which is the beautiful difference
of choice or free will
