A few days ago a buyer sent me a message stating that my store has a pop up telling
them I don't ship to their state(USA). I ship to all the states, and have
been doing so without issue.
I posted this problem on a seller group in Facebook, and a couple other members
of the community confirmed the message: regardless of location, potential buyers
are getting a warning that I don't ship to their location.
Some user suggestions included:
-Sets that were larger than my shipping method allows. I only sell used parts.
-past due seller fees. All fees are paid.
-an issue with how taxes were set up. They confirmed I had the correct options
chosen.
If anyone has any idea on how to get this message to go away, I'd greatly
appreciate it. My sales were just starting to pick up before this message appeared.

As you have PayPal onsite it sounds like you have the glitch where it just says
you don’t ship there but if you ignore the banner you still can. I believe for
at least 1 user the fix was to disconnect and then reconnect their PayPal onsite
method

When I looked at the seller's store, it says they do not ship to Florida.

Yes, but did you try adding something to your cart and seeing if you can’t start
the checkout process?

If there is no onsite payment you can’t even start the checkout process however
if you can then it means it’s just the visual bug and you can still buy

I'm in the US and can proceed all the way to step 4 of the checkout process,
it's the glitch.

Same here. Let me go step 4 even though it said at the beginning that you do
not ship to our state in California.

Which is a silly reply. Many buyers (if not most) do not know this is a system
glitch and take it as holy writ. They will walk away and look for another store.

Thank you. This is the main issue. I've already had 2 potential sales walk
away because of this "visual" bug.
I've contacted bricklink every day for 3 days with 0 response.

That’s why I offered a possible solution if it was confirmed to be the glitch.
I’m confused…
