wild! Based on the feedback text, it seems the buyer is unfamiliar with the system
so at least it doesn't seem to be intentionally rude and hopefully means
it can be resolved

That stinks! Hopefully they will change it.

They have placed an order, so would have the email address of the seller and
can also message them via the order page.


I'd email the buyer with the remove feedback link. And if they don't
remove it, then dont send anything, refund, stoplist and begative feedback.

I think there are two options Bricklink could implement on the feedback system:

- Delete Neutral, just Praise or Negative
- Let a Neutral don't have affect on the 100% score.

Some buyers can leave a Neutral and just not knowing what impact it has.

- contact buyer directly when in doubt (did you?)
- do not post your grievance about this action here when still in doubt
