Why cant Bricklink distinguish bricks between item 30387 and 54661 ? It used
to be possible, but it seams that Bricklink have merged them into 30387?
30387 have nine teeth on the fingers, item number 54661 have seven teeth on the
fingers.

They were merged because there’s no functional difference.
Looking for the tiny teeth is a lot of work for not much (if not for nothing).
