While looking for some parts I've seen them cheaper in Italy, where I come
from.
I've been in the UK for the last 13 years and started to use Bricklink here,
so my address and so on is here.
Can I buy something in Italy and make it delivered to my mum's?
If so, how can I change address?
Best regards,
Giorgio
Nice and kind idea, bravissimo!
You could change your address but that's problematic for your shop.
I'd be you I'd create a new account for your mom, with the correct address.
Open an Help Desk ticket and tell them you did this and why.
Then place the orders for her?
Why should he inform BL? It's a completely different address.

I agree. Use the mother's name, address and payment card and it is a completely
different account.
Because the IP address used to access the second account would be the same, so
it would be easy for Bricklink to tie the two accounts to the same individual.

VPN. Or talk the mother through doing it from her home.

This (and +).
But I'd be OP I would simply do it; it's to a different person in a different
country, it hasn't any malicious intent, at the contrary, so BL shouldn't
care much.
