Congratulations on your anniversary.

Last week I was in touch with ebay support over getting a refund for an item
not sent by the seller. The customer service operator told me my account was
older than they were! That made me feel old.

Congratulations on your anniversary.

I feel your pain . . .

Last week I mentioned something about the Y2K fun at work.

Three of my co-workers said they heard rumors about something in 2000 but were
born this century.

It wouldn't have hurt quite as much if 2 of them didn't have master's
degrees.



I was 20 years into my career in 2000.

The catalog was much.. much smaller back then. It’s why I put a ton of time into
adding to it. At my peak, I had added just over 4% to the catalog, second only
to Dan the founder.
It wasn’t until I wanted to buy something that I finally joined.I became a seller
shortly after when I got ahold of a buch of then-rare pink bricks and sold those
to earn money to buy more for mysel.
