The buyer of one of my store's items filed a "Non-Shipping Seller"
alert last month after I finally got around to sending the package out (which
he received days later).

Send proof of tracking to the helpdesk and they will remove the NSS

Out of curiosity because of how you worded things; how long did it take you ship
the package from when they ordered/paid?

Here's the order in question, that I'm having trouble with: 26031881

Just as a word of advice ( take it or leave it) , most buyers want the order
to ship within 3 days of purchase so you might want to consider this or put in
your store terms when you ship - like is it Monday-Friday , no weekends. Or maybe
you only ship on weekends.
Many buyers will not look at your terms but having something in writing you can
stick to helps. Your comment "I finally got around to sending the package
out (which
he received days later)." is a bit concerning - how many days did it take
to ship after the buyer purchased ? Looking at your store it is relatively
low on details about how frequently you ship.

The purchase caught me off guard, so I might have to revise my shipping details
to say that I only ship packages out on Friday and Saturday.
You might want to rethink giving your first and only buyer a neutral feedback
rating, in light of the fact that it took you a while to realize you had an
order and ship it. Just my two cents. 🤷🏻
Indeed, if I were the buyer I'd be leaving feedback too - the sort of thing
a new store can ill afford.

You might also want to add an option for shipping small parts , other than Medium
& flat rate priority mail. If you use Pirate Ship you can buy shipping for much
cheaper rates than retail USPS. If I was a buyer in your store and I wanted to
buy 1 of your parts, I'nm not likely to wnat to pay $15 to ship it Medium
rate priority mail. You can get small bubble envelopes for cheap and ship it
USPS Ground advantage. (Another of my 2cent opinions).

That's great advice. I even added PirateShip as another shipping option for
foreign and domestic purchases.

I think there is a misunderstanding here - Pirate Ship ( pirateship.com) is site
for sellers to get commercial rates for their packages to ship USPS & UPS. You
can call the shipping option whatever you want in your store but it's not
something the buyer chooses. It would make more sense to just call it Economy
Shipping or USPS Ground advantage.
I tried to purchase a small item in your store just to see what the shipping
would be and the checkout says you only charge $1 for USPS Priority Flat Rate
(Large). Something is not right here - have you researched how much the large
USPS Large Flat Rate boxes really cost?
And there was no option to choose anything cheaper.
