How do you run sales in your Bricklink stores?
Do you run them on parts that move slow?
Flat percentage?
Storewide?
Themes?
Tiers?

I don't since sales don't help growing inventory.

I keep my store closed so my inventory never stops growing!

What would be the appropriate reaction to this? Something what involves pizza
and/or mustard in it? I'm confused

When I first opened, I had a sale on everything including minifigures. I determined
that minifigures sell well enough on their own so I do sales on everything else.
Mini dolls are another issue...

I don't run sales, but I do try to price at or near the 6 month average price
of actual sales. Increasing portions of the parts catalog is becoming worthless
one and two cent pieces due to oversupply. These pieces won't sell no matter
what you do.

Speaking only for myself, I've found that this is more of a quantity issue
than a pricing one. E.g. someone won't buy 10 or fewer technic pins even
at $0.001 (that is, one-tenth of 1 cent) but if you have 100 or more, they will
sell.
