I have recently opened a new store. I have roughly 20.,00 pieces listed but haven't
got any sales as of yet. I know it takes awhile but I was wondering if someone
may be able to give me any advice to try and get some sales coming in.

How did you set your prices? Current items for sale or 6-month average (or even
below)?
Also this is bound to be off-putting to buyers:
PLEASE REMEMBER IF YOU CHOOSE THE SHIPPING OPTION THAT IS NON TRACKED WE ARE
NOT RESPONSIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Prices are set to 6 month average and I have removed that from our shipping policy.
Thank you for the advice

welcome! you may have 20k bricks but you only have about 1700 lots and when i
run my multiple wanted lists against it i got only 3 hits so it seems selection
of specialty bricks is pretty low which would lead to slow sales.
also you have this
"WE ARE NOT RESPOINSIABLE FOR REPLACING OR REFUNDING FOR A MISSING PACKAGE."
and
"PLEASE REMEMBER IF YOU CHOOSE THE SHIPPING OPTION THAT IS NON TRACKED WE
ARE NOT RESPONSIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES"
which isn't true. the seller is fully responsible for the package until its
delivered regardless or tracking/insurance.
also having all your terms in caps might be turning some buyers away as when
reading it, it gives the impression I'm being yelled at while reading them
which would make me want to shop elsewhere. also the multiple colors of the text
makes it difficult to read
also having all your terms in caps might be turning some buyers away
Typos may also: "LIMITS ON QUAINTY"
says the person who has this
"Multiple order? Don't pay the shipping fees twice!"
for their first line in their terms
(ps it should be "Multiple orders? Don't pay the shipping fees twice!"

glad to hear!
also you have this
"TAXES THAT ARE APPLICABLE WILL BE COLLECTED ON OUR BUSINESS'S BEHALF"
however i dont see your GST/HST number anywhere listed. you can't collect
sales tax without having that visible and if you dont have one of those then
you cant collect any sales tax. If sales tax is applicable (outside of Canada)
then bricklink will collect it during the sale and provide you with the needed
info for when you ship your order or the border group at the buyers country will
charge it once it arrives.
Also a bonus tip if you have some free time, try offering "Stripe" as
a second payment option. its the only other onsite payment option and some buyers
may prefer it
Just and FYI, I see this when visiting your store.
It says you ship to me but then the message says orders to my state are not supported.
Maybe something to so with your payment settings?

if you add something to your cart does it let you still checkout? if yes then
its the bricklink glitch where it just shows that banner even tho nothing is
wrong however if you cant then something is messed up in the store settings or
such

It is in fact the """glitch""" - I was able to get to
step 4

I was able to add to my cart.
When I go to checkout it initially says the same thing, but I can continue to
step 4 at least.
I guessing glitch but an off putting one because if I see that I typically move
on to another store. Seen that message a few times before but never tried to
add to cart before, I just moved on.

Not to be picky or impolite, but I recommend running your entire terms through
a spell-check. I found at least 6 misspelled words and several grammatical errors
in addition to the ones already mentioned.
I wish you best of luck on your new shop! The more items you list, the faster
the orders will come in. It’s a lot of fun!

You will get some interest in the minifigures eventually.
Looking at your store, you are probably in the range of 2 orders a month, so
you will need to be patient or add a lot more LEGO, especially minifigures and
minifigure parts.
Most of your parts are generic. What I mean is people aren't going to come
to your store to buy those parts, they will purchase those parts if there is
some other rare part in the store they need.
When I go through used lots, I typically pull out the rare and unusual parts
to sell on BL and sell the rest by the pound on other marketplaces.
