Hi,

I've searched on flat dimensions and flat dims but not found an answer -
sorry if I have missed this.

I've a few boxes I want to add to my inventory, but the existing items are
showing:

Flat Dim.: ?

I can measure and add the dimensions but there only seems to be an Add Image
option for boxes on the Catalog Add or Change page.

Can someone, please, tell me where I might submit those Flat dimensions?

(alternatively, some clever person could calculate the flat dimensions based
on the Iten Dim for all boxes by a fairly staightforward formula of : flatx=itemx+itemz,
flaty=itemy+2(itemz), flatz=0.9cm (as that would likely me the max flat height)
We might need a box constuction type to take into account how the box is built.)

Any thoughts?

KR,

J

When you click that "?" next to Flat Dim: it should take you to the form
and highlight the field you need to fill out.
