Hi,

There is also a parrot on this horse, but no, they are not minifigures.
But minifigures are in front of them just to illustrate, I think

logical......

A horse could be a minifigure if it were a named character

A horse is a horse, of course, of course
And no one can talk to a horse of course
That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed!

Go right to the source and ask the horse
He'll give you the answer that you'll endorse
He's always on a steady course
Talk to Mr. Ed!

Hmmm - what about this guy then (and the other poses he appears in)?

Part No: 20690pb01c02 Name: Dog, Great Dane Scooby-Doo Sitting with Chattering Teeth Pattern (20690pb01 / 20691pb03)
*
20690pb01c02 (Inv) Dog, Great Dane Scooby-Doo Sitting with Chattering Teeth Pattern (20690pb01 / 20691pb03)
Parts: Animal, Land
Obviously not a horse, but it is an animal and a named character, not a minifig.

Niek.
