Good morning all!

Just out of curiosity what is the weirdest thing that you have found sorting
through your Lego bulk boxes (purchased from other people/sites online). Mine
is probably a draw between between a fake ring and someone’s old keychain library
card.

I’ve started to keep a box of all the nerf darts and cash I find in used lots.
However I am not keeping all the hair I find… so much hair… or that one lot
where it looks like the previous owner opened a bag of jelly beans and let them
melt a little then dumped them in the box

Oh yea! We can't forget the change. I even found a 1/2 dollar in a box
once!

Yup! Every so often when I find small change in the box of Lego bulk I’ll say
“Rebate!”.

My last bulk lot had 42p ( 40 coins ) and two old Spanish pre Euro coins.

I often get a few coins.

Once you get a full box of darts you should sort them and sell them people
are always losing them so bulk darts will sell super fast.

Honestly no one cares about damaged darts, all they care about is if they work
because all of the others have disappeared, so I think you should be good

most fall into that category as in to broken to use when mixing in with
hundreds of pounds of lego they tend to get deformed and such

at auction for £159. Sold the Lego for over £700 and the badge for £1.75. Great

I've found a great variety of old toys, garbage, office supplies, and coins.
$22 once. But the weirdest was spent bullet casings hidden in the conference
table on a Death Star.

Weirdest thing found? Good question... I'd have to say profit margin, given
time spent

Live .22 rounds, (actually not as dangerous as it sounds) needles, (the sewing
kind) and a lighter.

Weird: some young lads mothers personal "massager".

Worst: tied between cat doodoo and acid spewing batteries.

Best: original cloud city set including Boba and instructions but missing Leia
and Luke.

p.s. if my memory is correct I paid more for the bulk with doodoo than I did
for the bulk with Boba. Go figure.

By the sound of it - you are paying good prices for bulk lots.

Are you still looking to buy? I am selling

The usual stuff. Mouse droppings, bullet casings, dead bugs, melted wax crayons,
monopoly houses, K'nex, cars and other toys.

One lot had something that looked like a Clinker with the chocolate eaten off,
as well as a few baby teeth stored in some 2x2x2 mail box type containers. 15
years later and I'm still reluctant to open any of those that I get if they
rattle!

A white powdery dime bag.
