I was unable to deliver an order, so I gave the buyer a refund. They initialized
an NSS afterwards. Bricklink said that I could cancel the order after a specific
date, but that date has passed and the message now reads that the buyer can cancel.
They buyer refuses to cancel, keeping the NSS stuck in place.

Buyer has stopped responding to messages, and I cannot seem to reach them. They
have their refund.

Several weeks? Shouldn't take that long to assemble a hostage rescue team

Also update the payment status to refunded with the Refund button on the orders
details page.
