Perhaps just a mass delete of all 0 feedback users going back to last year?

Based on the location of many being the same and the IDs being numerical, I'd
go with a ton of bots

If not bots, then someone has figured out how to do a stealth IM/DM system via
BrickLink. Only admin can see if they are actively exchanging messages.

Probably they are just trying to up his seo stats by having links outgoing from
the BrickLink me pages to their websites.

Well, I just peeked at one of the About Me pages. Looks very similar to the gummie
spam that has been hitting the Forum (although not about the same subject). In
any case, it is spam, not a real user.

I wonder if they are trying to build up amounts so they can flood the forums
with multiple accounts due to the current account message limits

Spammers rarely post more than one message, and at most 2. Way under the limit.
Indeed but there have been multiple times they the forums have truly been flooded
by several accounts but then they posted the message limits so that was stopped
and seems to have prevented some attempts but they may be preparing an attack
of the ages!
Those would just for the About Me pages.
Indeed, probs just like stellar said with the back links to try to increase
seo

Does the BL Terms of Service prohibit an About Me page with 200+ URLs on it ?
I stopped counting at 200, probably another 20-30 after that.
If this justifies reporting, it would be like shooting ducks in a barrel.

I don't think so but I'll go do a deep dive later today. I remember
pointing out a user like that in Aruba back in July and I think someone said
to just report them but I didn't know on what grounds.

Simple, just put them under the 'other' cat. and add a note saying, "Advertizing
on "me" page." I find the mods will take that

Just deleting accounts without feedback is probably not the right way now that
bricklink is more than a marketplace. Many Studio users that ask questions have
zero feedback. That sort of account could get swept up and deleted in a mass
deletion.

Studio users do not typically have 200+ URLs on their about me page.

My red flags when looking at those users; New, no FB, and 'me' pages.

Or if BL just stopped new users from being able to create ME pages until
they at least get something like five feedbacks. That alone would stop most all
of those new accounts from being created. It is not like having a ME page is
important for new users to have.
