I LOVE the 'Appears in' feature (https://www.bricklink.com/catalogIn.asp?utm_content=subnav)

I typically enter the number/quantity/color for 2-3 parts and see which set(s)
contain that combination. However, it no longer appears to take the quantity
into consideration.

Has anyone else noticed this?

For example:
There's only 1 set that contains 14 of part #18653 in black (arch 1x3x2 inverted)
-- set #21322 pirates of barracuda bay -- and 1 set that has more than
14.
However, when I use the 'appears in' feature, entering that part number/quantity/color,
it returns ALL sets that have at least 1 of those parts.
If I were to enter multiple parts, it'd return every set that had at least
1 of each part.

nerd talk:
it appears the variables are being entered into the search results URL as I see
item number, sequence, & color represented in the query but it's not applying
the results correctly:

I can confirm that this does indeed appear to be happening.

I ran a relatively simple search for 2x 3001 in red and 1 3001 in blue and it
returned results for all blue bricks.

It had 2 blue bricks on the top of the results page, it would appear that the
processing of the input fields is not being handled correctly.

Cheers ...
