don't the buyers have to file the insurance claim on missing packages? That
is what I meant by that and should fix that accordingly.

Also in the USA any shipping method you'd want to use already has insurance
included - when the USPS replaced First Class parcels and Parcel Select with
Ground Advantage, they added $100 of insurance.
