Hi there everyone, i am wondering if someone can help me out, i am getting scammed
by a buyer and i am trying to get support and nobody answers me. NEVER

My issue is the following , A buyer bought some 1x4 plates in Bright light orange,
but one of our employee made an mistake and send regular yellow.

The buyer contacted me and after verifying the pictures of the shipment, the
customer claim where right, the parts totaled 0.75$ of 80$ order we offered a
5$ refund for compensation or the pieces but sent by regular mail. He chose regular
mail after 1 month he claims he never received the parts and opened a NSS. I
have the proof of shipment, but even then i offered the 5$ refund, but now he
doesn't answer and the date limit is almost reached.

I contacted support and no ones answer!!!!! HELP PLEASE

Yes i did, the first package was tracked and the second witch he agreed was not
tracked with the 0.75$ pieces, witch i still provided the pictures of it with
the postage stamps and name.

You will just have to refund the parts that went missing. Proof of postage on
a unregistered shipment means nothing.

You are responsible for any package until it reaches the destination.

Refund the $5 you suggested and reply to the NSS

I understand, but if he agreed to a standard shipping without tracking instead
of the refund and now he just open a NSS claims he never received the package
and then disappears. The worst part is there is no phone to call or support to
talk to about this issue. well beside the amazing community here.

insurance is for sellers, not buyers.

I agree, but it makes no sense to send 0.75$cad and have to pay 21$ for shipping.
You all know we don't make much profit on new common parts to justify a 21$
loss.

it doesn't mean a package must be sent with tracking. it just means that

But keeps the NSS and i am afraid he is trying to go for the full amount of order.

It sounds to me like the OP offered the refund, but didn't actually do it?

I could be wrong.

if that's the case then that would explain it as the refund must be made
before they will remove it

customer claim where right, the parts totaled 0.75$ of 80$ order we offered a
5$ refund for compensation or the pieces but sent by regular mail. He chose regular
mail after 1 month he claims he never received the parts and opened a NSS. I
have the proof of shipment, but even then i offered the 5$ refund, but now he
doesn't answer and the date limit is almost reached.

I contacted support and no ones answer!!!!! HELP PLEASE

You will just have to refund the parts that went missing. Proof of postage on
a unregistered shipment means nothing.

You are responsible for any package until it reaches the destination.

Refund the $5 you suggested and reply to the NSS

Since he ghosted you, I would only refund the actual cost of the parts and take
the neg feedback.

I figure it will be the case, but i am always open to help and negotiate. its
sad.
