Hi there everyone, i am wondering if someone can help me out, i am getting scammed
by a buyer and i am trying to get support and nobody answers me. NEVER
My issue is the following , A buyer bought some 1x4 plates in Bright light orange,
but one of our employee made an mistake and send regular yellow.
The buyer contacted me and after verifying the pictures of the shipment, the
customer claim where right, the parts totaled 0.75$ of 80$ order we offered a
5$ refund for compensation or the pieces but sent by regular mail. He chose regular
mail after 1 month he claims he never received the parts and opened a NSS. I
have the proof of shipment, but even then i offered the 5$ refund, but now he
doesn't answer and the date limit is almost reached.
I contacted support and no ones answer!!!!! HELP PLEASE

Yes i did, the first package was tracked and the second witch he agreed was not
tracked with the 0.75$ pieces, witch i still provided the pictures of it with
the postage stamps and name.

I understand, but if he agreed to a standard shipping without tracking instead
of the refund and now he just open a NSS claims he never received the package
and then disappears. The worst part is there is no phone to call or support to
