Every now and again I get buyers emailing me saying they cannot order from me
usually they say I do not offer a shipping method. I have checked the shipping
on my site and cannot see anything wrong, I wonder if anyone else has had this
problem.
I messaged Bricklink but never got a reply.

do you have any size/weight/value restrictions on any of your shipping options?
if so that might be causing issues. you can create a second account for testing
purposes and ask the buyer what items were in their cart and then recreate the
issue so you can solve it
You can check for items not available for instant check out as that can cause
problems such as this.
You can select that option in the Store inventory screen.
As nubs says it is then a matter of adding weight and or dimensions missing.

I just tested with a few different items in my cart and didn't face any error.
