Crazy dates... seller account registered on 13 Jul, bought something, opened
a store, sold something to a UK buyer and they apparently received it and left
feedback on 19 Jul. That is very fast international shipping!
But frankly chances are BL will see your report before this scam have worked,
don't worry.

paypal holds funds on new and suspicious accounts and probably works closely
with law enforcement. the paper trail would be wild

goods or gift cards with the received balance before the buyers can report the
scam to PayPal, so PayPal cannot follow the money.

All of us are subsidizing greedy buyers and/or resellers who figure they might
as well try to take advantage of the to-good-to-be-true deals and just use Paypal
protection when they get scammed.

who left feedback are both 0 feedback users registered on the same date.
this must've JUST happened as I was still browsing the store just 5 mins
ago and its have over 10 lots of new/sealed OLD modulars, titanics and star wars
at half the market asking prices.
