Hello, have a small problem. Buyer choose PayPal (onsite) payment, but i give
him my email and he payd directly on my paypal and now i don't have option
to change order status to paid/shipped. Could anyone help me and tell what to
do?

It’s because PayPal onsite has to paid via bricklink not by you sending them
your email. Based on what you said it sounds like the buyer is in a place that
collects sales tax which is why payment has to be onsite (so bricklink can collect
it) and why it can’t be marked as shipped. The solution is to fully refund the
buyer and then have them pay onsite

If the order has any TAX or VAT it needs to pay using the PAY button on the orders
screen or inside the order. The only solution for that is to refund the email
payment and explain them to pay using the Bricklink website interface.

For this order, not much. But there is a PayPal setting to prevent future payments
that do not originate from a marketplace. IOW, you can lock out person-2-person
payments. That would mean either a BL generated payment, or one where you manually
generate an invoice via PayPal.
