Did you get an automated reply with a ticket number?
If not try to send it again as they reported recently that some messages went
missing.

I have already written to them about this. I also received an automated reply
with a ticket number, but that was more than a week ago. Nothing has happened
since then, they don't answer. Should I send another email? Or does it

If you got a ticket number, that should mean they have your message. So don’t
send another one (I think it would put you back at the bottom of the queue).
Also, have you looked if the option had been made available to you? They may
not answer (or the e-mail may be lost) but still enable the option.
