Almost exactly one year later... A customer of ours from overseas ordered
2 BrickHeadz sets from us. Some time had passed and they sent us a message that
they never received the order. I was a little suspicious because the 2 BrickHeadz
that were ordered were 2 of the more expensive ones but the tracking never showed
it as being delivered so we gave them a refund and soon forgot about it.

Just a few days shy of almost exactly one year later I opened our mailbox and
surprise, there was the missing order. At first I thought it was just an order
we had placed but the box had a sticker attached that we always put on our packages
with the order number. I looked up the number but it was from too long ago to
still be on BrickLink. When I opened it up I found it was the missing order from
one year ago.

It makes me wonder where the order has been for the last year and how it finally
was sent back? Surprisingly the box was in decent shape after all that time.

Anyone else had a package returned after a year of mailing? I am sure we are
not the only ones to have had a package returned after a long time of being missing?

Yes, it happened to us!

18 months (yep, one year and a half) to bounce back from South Korea to
France.

Buyer's been refunded far before.

It was a "normal" bubble wrap envelope, with all dates and proofs stamped
on the envelope.
I still have intact somewhere... We rarely process (inventory) envelopes shipped
back, too long for too few.
