Each of our devices have gotten the "code thing" over and over and over
again.
Getting quite difficult to function while on the road since I do not have access
to the main email.
And I just tried to log in to it again today from the office and BOOM there it
was again.
Any way to stop this from happening daily?
We have 4 devices accessing the site and each of them is going to codes 1-2 times
every other day or sometimes daily.
Really starting to effect our ability to sign in.
I am locked out until I can get access to the owners email address again which
could be tonight or tomorrow but she is getting annoyed with it also.
Getting 4-5 calls per day on the exact same topic is rough.
do the devices perhaps have a VPN? Im logged in on 3 separate devices and only
get the 1 code each month so perhaps something is making the system think its
a different device

I am not sure. I will have someone check it tomorrow.
I cannot finish my job tonight due to it so quite frustrating. I am sure I will
hear from the staff tomorrow.
