I have refunded them the parts that they were missing. I also sent them a email
and replied to the feedback.
Is there anything else I need to do?
I just wish they would have contacted me before they left feedback.

Kidding aside. Until BL makes it so that neutral feedback does not affect your
feedback score, there's not a lot more you can do.

Kidding aside. Until BL makes it so that neutral feedback does not affect your
feedback score, there's not a lot more you can do.

Is unfortunate but now that it’s been a few hours, I’m not really super worried

Common thing to happen, super unfortunate, saw that earlier today.

Mostly just ignore it and try not to let it happen again. Most people won’t care
about one neutral fb, and you replied, so it should be fine.
People should ask about getting refunded before leaving feedback tho.

Me too, I’m supposed to be adding parts right now but I got distracted with my
thermal printer and old receipts
