I'm trying to figure out a way to open a second store.
I'm currently living 'in between' two countries, travelling back
and forth weekly or even more often. I moved the parts section of my store to
one country whilst my sets are in the second country. So creating a second store
in the second country with separate terms and shipping options would make it
much easier for buyers to buy.
According to BL ToS I should contact them to get an exemption from the 1 store
per person rule and open a second store, but I haven't had any response to
my messages in over 3 weeks now.
Is there any other route to take to open a second store?

I used the helpdesk however I didn't receive any ticket number or automated
reply to any of my messages, maybe something went wrong there. I'll try to
