that I can't sell to USA or worldwide through BL. But Russell said that
what I was doing was fine and what I had on my Terms page was allowed! So maybe
it's some newbie admin who doesn't understand this?? So many USA buyers
ask me about items, and why they can't buy from my store... And I tell them
to read my TERMS page and it tells them I can't sell to them on BL!! So
they report me to admin?? LMAO!!

I think they meant this part of it: "...through Bricklink"

That quick phrase might be interpreted by some to mean that you may ship to the
USA outside of BrickLink.

I would just remove that part of the statement to make it very simple (and maybe
cut down on the exclamation marks since one gets across the same point as twenty):

"I do NOT ship to the USA!"

I couldn't find in Help it's written you can't use any other legal
way than the ones that are proposed.

Assuming you're not avoiding fees and taxes of course - and buyer deliberately
asks for it and you're not depriving them any right or possibility, like
being refunded...

In Canada, we are responsible for our own taxes. It's not automatic like
in USA or rest of world through Bricklink and paypal.

Just cause Bricklink hasn't even caught up to the governments slow policy
making and understanding of this 14 year old asset/commodity/payment system,
doesn't mean we can't use it and ask for it. It's like bartering
which was what we did before gold or paper was used for exchanges. But just
this year, people are waking up. And after Paypal announced dishonest rules
to spy and hurt their members, BL should have immediately banned PP and moved
to other systems of business!

So I have changed my Terms page... But for those wondering about the mention
of USA,, I had to mention them specifically because in choosing countries,,,
I can only choose 1 section for Canada AND it INCLUDES USA for some reason!
So if someone can tell me how to remove USA from this list I'd love to know.
Russell didn't even tell me how to change it... So it allows USA buyers
to come in and shop in my store, put items in their cart, but then it stops them
from paying for it, but they email me and ask why they can't pay for their
items. BL needs to fix this as it's an old system that was created by Dan!

You have to edit the shipping method and remove USA from it.

first picture has both domestic & int'l shipping method enabled.
second picture only has the domestic shipping method enabled.

disable all the shipping methods that have the int'l icon (see picture 3)
and that should do the trick

Hi and thanks for the help.. But it doesn't work... This is what I see.
There is no airplane logo, and if I click the Enable button off, it deletes Canada
from shipping as well.
In the screenshot here, that blue highlighted region, is ALL 1 region and I can't
change it. When I click off the Enable button, it takes all that Blue region
away and I don't ship anywhere. So not even Canadians would be able to place
orders.

But I still need admin to tell me what the reason was for closing my store!!

Hi and thanks for the help.. But it doesn't work... This is what I see.
There is no airplane logo, and if I click the Enable button off, it deletes Canada
from shipping as well.
In the screenshot here, that blue highlighted region, is ALL 1 region and I can't
change it. When I click off the Enable button, it takes all that Blue region
away and I don't ship anywhere. So not even Canadians would be able to place
orders.

But I still need admin to tell me what the reason was for closing my store!!

If you have stallion or chitchats near you international is quite cheap. With
stallion I can ship fully tracked to some places in Europe starting below $4.99
CAD. As for PayPal it sounds like you were just unlucky as I’ve had many thousands
of orders paid with PayPal and havnt had any issues with scammers related to
PayPal so it may be best to try again as it can boost sales massively

Zero scam or whatever problem with PayPal here.

Shipping's never too expensive when you've got something people may need.

Couple weeks ago I paid a $100 USD shipping (I'd ship for the third) but
what I wanted was in the US only in this quantity.

In short, I'd recommend you to ship everywhere, don't hope anything,
but you never know

So I have changed my Terms page... But for those wondering about the mention
of USA,, I had to mention them specifically because in choosing countries,,,
I can only choose 1 section for Canada AND it INCLUDES USA for some reason!
So if someone can tell me how to remove USA from this list I'd love to know.
Russell didn't even tell me how to change it... So it allows USA buyers
to come in and shop in my store, put items in their cart, but then it stops them
from paying for it, but they email me and ask why they can't pay for their
items. BL needs to fix this as it's an old system that was created by Dan!

Here's a pic of what I mean... I can NOT remove USA from that list.

that means 1 of your enabled shipping methods ship to the US.

first picture has both domestic & int'l shipping method enabled.
second picture only has the domestic shipping method enabled.

disable all the shipping methods that have the int'l icon (see picture 3)
and that should do the trick

a reason!
