Got an email this morning saying my account was logged into by a new device.
It wasn't me.

Where do I contact support? I got lost in the "search topics" page

Multiple times this week I was logged out of my store, despite using the same
computer and quick access tab every time. I would wait five minutes and log
in again and it would work. I changed my password 3 days ago because I thought
I had remembered wrong. I think these events are related.


Back up your store every night!

I did an inventory back-up at 11:30pm with Brickstore like every Friday night.
Login came at 4:01am Saturday

I did an inventory back-up at 11:30pm with Brickstore like every Friday night.
Login came at 4:01am Saturday


If not done:
* first check if your account has your e-mail address in settings, not another
one,
* then immediately change your password for some HARD of exactly 15 chars (NOT
more) with mixed lower/upper/digits something not like any simple word or any
date...
* change this on BrickStore also,
* later on decide if you wish to activate OTP or not.

Just to double check, was the email actually from bricklink or was it a phishing
email?

Interesting, I wonder if us getting randomly logged out and whatnot could be
bots probing password logins for weakness.

I don't know 3rd party software and I get logged out in "bursts"
for a few days then not again.
