I am wondering if anyone knows how the "Issue Refund" button in an order
works. I had a couple inventory errors, and I want to provide my buyer with a
partial refund. Does this button allow partial refunds, or does it refund the
entire order?

When you click on it you get brought to another screen that lets you choose how
much you want to refund from .01 to full value and select the reason why
