I need help identifying a part. It's similar to this
 
Part No: 2422 Name: Bracket 2 x 2 - 1 x 4
* 		2422 Bracket 2 x 2 - 1 x 4
Parts: Bracket
But it has a base that is 2 x 3 with 2 stud at one end and a triangular post
at the other that is about 4 studs high.
