| The app figureitout.app/blfigure used to help id minifigures seems to have been
changed or eliminated. Is there a new site or address for something similar?

Well this stinks. That's the site I use. Extremely helpful. I know there
is another similar one. I don't know the name but I'm sure somebody reading
the forum does.
