| Hello, twice now some lots from my store have been deleted. This is now messing
up with our inventory management and orders. Reason is absurd: Item is not for
sale but for other purposes (frivolous listing).
I understand that the price is above average at the moment, but so are the prices
of every item in our store.
Does Bricklink think we do not have these in stock?
Below is the communication.
Can anyone provide a reason that I might be missing, or a way to ensure that
this does not happen again?

Yet you have a minimum buy price, a lot limit and a minimum average lot price.

I notice you still have these item listed in your store with similar high quantities
but slightly different prices so I'm thinking it could be that Bricklink
doesn't like you duplicating such high quantity listings possibly for two
reasons:-
A) If you search for those items by highest quantity you would appear multiple
times at the very top thereby it could be deemed as listing manipulation and
at the detriment to other sellers who also have high quantities of these parts
but end up pushed further down the list
B) Just one of those listings has enough quantity in itself before anyone would
ever need to purchase from your other duplicate listings and therefore Bricklink
may be deeming this listing practice as unnecessary and clogging up the catalog
I have a feeling it may be different if you were listing duplicate times for
much smaller quantities with these varying prices as these will sell out within
a much more reasonable timeframe and have more purpose
I could be wrong but those are the reasons I take from it....

He just relisted them and priced using whatever formula they use.
I think what happened here is retaliation from another store in Spain that had
thousands of items like pins and plates 1x1 for 0.40€ each to grow their parts
count from 800.000 to 1.600.000
I know the owner of Brikomania and they sure have that inventory.

them duplicate, I try to not have any duplicate lots, I just checked and almost
the only ones I have are due to the variant merge, which we will have to manually

That could be anything! Maybe send them a picture of a clear sack full of them
on a see-saw with a small child balancing the weight for proof of quantity.

When I get parts I might list them at separate prices in different lots because
I paid different prices for those parts. I guess I could add all the parts up
and divide the average price to create one lot? Just because I'm working
with 10 pieces and not 1,000,000 does it matter? Am I in the right ballpark or
am I missing something?

I don't agree, as if so, nobody would complain anymore including for very
legitimate reasons

It wasn't me! And it can be any new member 0 FB seeing huge numbers thinking
it's not legit... I mean, not necessarily try to sabotage another shop.

| rather than delete I wish they would move to the inventory to give us a chance
to correct the issue, but mainy because I find when they delete the listing important
information is lost, like Item cost, which at the end of the year will
be missing from inventory value which Is used for tax and accounting reasons.
Which after they delete will be incorrect. So Lego are contributing to incorrect
tax reporting by deleting my inventory items.

They could move the listings to the stock room. Everything is retained, seller
can fix the issue(s) and relisting is easy.
