I hope somebody can help me with an order that has been paid by onsite payment.
I got Bricklink mail that the order is paid and the 'Payment status'
is 'Pending'.
The is no money in my Paypal account.
The seller wants me to cancel the order, because there is something wrong with
the payment. Not telling me what.
What is happening with such a payment and what is the smart thing to do?
- Cancel a paid order myself. (is it possible?)
- Let the buyer cancel this order. (is it possible?)
- File an NPB. (is it possible?)
Anybody has good advice for me? Never had this before.

Maybe an E-check. The buyer should cancel the payment on his side.
Then you can cancel the order. Or cancel the order by using the NPB process if
you want to be protected against any feedback. The buyer can choose the option
to cancel and accept the penalty.
I have been paid, but there is no money in my Paypal account. The mail I got
from Bricklink says 'payment status pending'.
In all other orders it was 'completed'.
Maybe we have a similar problem, I have one order in progress for more than 24
hours, which is very unusual. Unfortunately I don't know what can be done
about it, I just wait and hope that if the payment does not match the order,
that everything will be automatically canceled and returned, both the money to
the buyer and the items in the order back to the warehouse to me.
