I made an order and did not receive it (crack) as offered (top conditions). Can
happen.
I contacted the seller with the suggestion to send a replacement or make a refund.
The seller replied that he no longer had a replacement and would only make the
refund if I gave him positive feedback first.
This is not acceptable, it is coercion (blackmail) which I did not accept.
So a "Non-Shipping Seller alert. Reason: Seller shipped order but order was
incomplete" which has been fully completed.
Then clearly a negative feedback with the note that the seller is coercing.
Now a few days ago I saw that my feedback from BL has been cancelled at the seller's
request.
The seller in turn gave me a positive feedback! Feetback with the statement "a
scam. be careful !" which adds to the coercion now also slander.
I then requested that this feedback be removed via "Feedback Removal Request",
as this feedback from the seller clearly contradicts everything that happened
in this case.
Today, BL has decided that the seller's feedback will not be deleted. What's
the point?
I am not concerned with the positive feedback, I am concerned with what is written
in it, because I am 100% not a fraudster.
