Looking for some advice.

I recently opened my store and have been making a few sales. Today I got a message
from Bricklink that they deleted some of my minifigures because they were incomplete.
The figures were stormtroopers that came with a shoulder pauldron and I listed
them as used and "no pauldron". BL told me that was incomplete and it
was taken down. The figure has all the other pieces but just no cloth pauldron.

How should I list this in my store? Do I have to break them up and part each
figure out (legs, torso, head, helmet)?

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you

Store: Nub's Select
2 options.
1 list all the parts individually
2 sell it as a custom item (likely will not sell as they have almost no visibility
to buyers)

3rd option - buy the parts to complete the figures (but that can be expensive)

Generally speaking, the more you break things down (parting out) the more expensive
things get. So it's a catch-22. It might cost you $4 to buy that particular
part plus shipping (let's just say $3). So will that $7 help complete the
minifig to be sold for multiples above that?

On the other hand, what if you can get $15 parting out the rest of the minifig?
Then it's a matter of how long will it take to sell all the pieces. A yaer?
Two? What's the demand for each individual part?

These are questions only you can answer.

Or maybe buy the missing pauldrons here and list them as complete.
