I need some help. My store was suspended Dec 11th with no reason except, “admin
requires info, please contact helpdesk”. I have sent a few messages through the
helpdesk but get no response. It’s coming up on 3 weeks with my store being suspended
and 0 response from BL. Anyone have any ideas? Is anyone even checking helpdesk
or are they backed up that far?

They're probably all on Christmas vacation. My advice would be to wait. It's
Christmas Day here as I write this reply, so I very much doubt you would get
a response that quickly.
Helpdesk staff are people and they only have so much time in a day to get something
done.
You therefore need to wait until they can get back to you.
There is the helpdesk portal, I don't know where that link is, but maybe
it would elicit a response sooner.

I have the same problem as you. 15 of December my store was suspended because
of not paid fees (simply lost in days and forgot). The fees was paid immediately
as I discovered it's suspended (same day). Well, already 25th of December,
4 letters and no any reply....

The same problem with me too! No response from admins. Store suspended on Dec
18, 2023, well reason was NSS, unfortunately third one, all unjustified - but
there seems to be no authority so I can explain that one order wasn't possible
to ship because of war in the buyer country, that one order was fake and not
even paid but still NSS was completed...
I refund the problematic order but NSS was completed, I send several messages
to admins but got no reply or even no message that I submit the ticket, so I
don't know if contact form works or not.
I know today is Christmas, but it wasn't a week ago... I'm really desperate.
If anyone can help, I'd be really grateful. Holidays would be nicer

I have a suspended store too, for a while now.. No reply.
I really feel bad about the lack of response, this is my favourite hobby and
if I will get it opened somehow it might not be the same again. Because of how
this is handled. Just shut down with no explanation and no response for way too
long.. In my case it has not to do with unpaid fees or anything I can think
of, just shut down. Hate to say it but its a shame For the bricklink and Lego
brand to handle things like this..

me too. my store has been suspended for more than two weeks and no one has ever
responded to me! it is ridiculous that bricklink does not communicate the
reasons for closures and never responds to requests
