Since 11 days today, I'm waiting for my New Seller Verification to be approved.
I'm selling on Bricklink for over 3 years, with over 3600 orders 99.96% Feedback.
Why do I need to redo the New Seller Verification Process again because I just
want to change my address. On my orders I use a P.O. Box address to not divulgated
my personnal address to everybody. I'm using this address since over 2.5
years without a problem. But my local post office moved to another location,
so I would want to change the address on my invoice to reflect the new post office
location.
Than a pop-up appear saying that I need to redo the process of New Seller Verification
to change my address (what I have not encountered 2.5 years ago when I update
it) Maybe it's because Bricklink keep the Seller verification info for 3
years, then after they need to update it if we change something, I don't
know. On the pop-up the estimated time to process was 1-3 days. I was like okay
maximum 3 days to "simply" update my address, I can live with that. But
now, it's been over 11 days and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE on multiple messages
sended, message written in the chat of the Seller Verification page, created
a ticket in the Help section who was deleted for no reason or explanation.
Since we are Friday I'm pretty sure this issue will not be resolve before
Monday Minimally.
Because of my honesty to change my address the fastest possible to stay accurate,
I'm loosing a ton of sales and Bricklink is losing the Fees on them too.
Did someone has info about why the new seller verification is so long right now
(in 2020, my first seller verification takes only 2 days) and why there is absolutely
no way to communicate with an agent except by writting in this forum. I have
found no mail address (like helpSeller@bricklink.com)
I'm hoping this issue will be resolve before Christmas, because this time
of the year is the most profitable one and I'm missing all of it because
of a bureaucracy anomaly.

I am having the same problem with the the verification process, nothing is happening.
In my case I am new seller, but I have sent all the documents and still waiting
for the verification process. It's so frustrating.
sadly it happens when you change your address. the backlog is presumably still
from the November incident so they will get to it as soon as they can but based
on the uptick in forum messages its several weeks + right now

It's only supposed to happen when you change your address to one in another
country, or so I thought.

Yeah it's what I found in my research, but my new address is 500m form the
last one

taken your account and change address, bank, PayPal infos, etc.
Much more, it's just before Xmas - everyone in this toys market is overloaded.
Long delays are just to be expected, very sorry

I think the messages on the seller verification page don't come up to them
until eveerything is good to go as far as I know.
Also the HelpDesk software was substituted last week and all the tickets were
migrated, you can contact now using this email:
