I had to cancel my first order last weekend when the buyer ordered several lots
in the wrong color. We thought it would be easier to cancel and reorder, so
I did. Several days go by without the order being placed again and I start to
get grumpy with the buyer assuming they just had buyers remorse.
However today they emailed about it and said they were waiting for me to put
the items back in inventory.
Did I falsely assumed this happened automatically or did I somehow miss a setting/button
that puts the items back in to inventory. I would probably not care much if
it were just a few lots but we're talking over 50, so that's a lot of
manual changes.

Just check they haven't been put into your stockroom. So you still have them
there but the buyer can't see them.

Just reupload after/in Cancellation, but don´t forget about this.
