Hi,

Just have a quick question: what does "file an order" do please ? The
help page does help much: "You can file an order if the order status is Shipped,
Received, Completed, Cancelled or OCR. ".
Great.
I suppose it makes it disappear from the orders list, but then what ?

It doesn't lock the order, just put it in a hidden Filed list.

  It doesn't lock the order, just put it in a hidden Filed list.

Orders older than 6 months are purged, you can download them before that happens
or use an app to keep a copy.
