Ran across this today and couldn't locate it in the catalog. It's marked
Lego and has the part id obscured like a lot of Fabuland parts.

Could it be a 2x2 jumper plate with some Flego attached? Does the bent pole come
out of that bottom piece?

That was my first thought too, but I ruled it out as the bottom plate didn't
look angled in the photo provided. Giving another look, I can see that it acutally
is. So yeah, this bit!
